This series intrigued me. The FMCs were trapped on a planet fraught with danger of the scorching kind. In addition, the alien that adopted them was teeming with intrigue. Despite these challenges, love still managed to blossom between the mated couples.

I did not realize that the Drakarn could come in different colors. This time, the MMC was tall, green, and obsessed with the FMC. Well, not at first. The MCs seemed to be reluctant to be together at first, which was understandable given the situation they're in. Now, there's more trouble. And that was how our MCs gave in to their feelings, albeit reluctantly, and ultimately found their own happily ever after.

No Use Denying

Wow! Another rollercoaster story in this series. Very hard to put aside to take care of my household duties 😊From the first moment Vyne saw Selene he knew there was something more between them, but with all the troubles Darrokar and Rath had to have their human mates accepted, he denied the attraction. Selene did the same. Until Fate interfered and sent them on a quest together.
Very strong characters, each in his/her own way, working for the greater good of the community and its individual members. Loved the book, love the series. Highly recommended.
