To make your own way.

The second book in this series is about the younger sister, who has to walk her own path to become the woman she is meant to be. It can be read as a stand-alone, but it is better to read book 1 first, because it describes the way of life on planet Guerran, with all its ins and outs.
It is just as well written as the first book, with more strong characters and a thrilling story. I recommend both books.
